To inflate the pad: 1. Open the two valves, and the pad will inflate on its own. Sunlight can expedite and enhance the process. To deflate the pad: 1. Open the valves, roll the pad from the bottom, pressing the rolled part with your legs. As you reach the top part, allow the air to escape for a moment before closing the valves. 2. Unfold the pad and repeat the rolling process, releasing the air as needed. Continue until the pad can be folded into the carry bag (usually 2-4 times).
